**Admin Assistant 行政助理**

**职责 REPONSIBILITIES**:
1. 处理一般办公室行政事务 Handle general office administration tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment inventory, and facilities.

2. 订购材料,发采购订单,并按时跟进送货日期 Order material, issue PO and follow up delivery date on time.

3. 整理所有必要的文件 Filing all necessary documents.

4. 记录发票/送货单 Record invoice / DO.

5. 汇编项目成本 Compile project cost.

6. 记录所有工人的出勤并监督其行为,向管理层报告 Record the attendance of all workers, monitor their behavior, and report to Management.

7. 处理工资单和计算员工半月/月薪/法定福利 Handle payroll & Calculate worker Half month / Monthly salary / Statutory (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).

8. 记录库存清单,并确保每周检查库存的准确性 Record stock inventory and ensure stock correctness through weekly checks.

9. 主动改善操作程序 Initiative to improve operation procedures.

10. 招聘工厂工人 Recruitment for factory workers.

11. 维护社交媒体发布 Maintain social media posting on Facebook.

12. 处理报告 Handle weekly and monthly reports, update work on hand task and report to Management.

**要求 REQUIREMENTS**:
1. 有独立工作能力 Able to work independently & Responsible.

2. 熟悉一般电脑办公软件的应用技术 Familiar with general computer usage; MS Office knowledge is a must.

3. 工作积极、有责任心、细心认真 Aggressive, Responsible, Detail-oriented person

4. 能书写和沟通中文、英文、马来文、粤语 Can write and speak Mandarin, English, Malay, Cantonese.

**工作时间 (Working Hours)**:

- 周一至周五 8:30am - 5:30pm
- 周六(半天,根据需要调整)Alternate Saturdays(Half-day work)
