Site Safety Supervisor

Job Description: To create safety awareness and carry out safety meeting, fire drill exercise, safety induction and safety training to existing employees and new employees -To implement and monitor aspect of Safety Management System activities in the workplace. -Whenever no SHO at the workplace, to submit a Monthly Safety Report and Safety Statistic record for DOSH and HQ record. -To observe and/or maintain a diary detailing safety activity(s), hazardous works, housekeeping, safety instruction, etc. in place. -To implement all procedures and practices as stipulated in the company’s policy including. Safety and ISO. -To provide assistance for safety before & during internal/external’s audit by ensuring all related documents at site is updated from time to time. Requirements: - Degree/ Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) with valid Yellow Book - Working experience in construction industry especially infrastructure project (road,highway, and water drainage/sewerage) - Preferable working experience in both pre-contract & post contract - Good working attitude, ability to organise, plan, meet deadline & work under pressure - Able to work at project site for long period - No major obstacle to work out of area (transportation or family commitment)
