Key Responsibilities:

- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network
- Lialising with user/staff either remotely or face-to-face
- Troubleshooting systems and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Replacing faulty hardware as requiredProviding support, including procedural adequate documentation
- Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Setting up new user accounts and profiles as well as dealing with account related issues, i.e. passwords.
- Responding withing agreed time limit and SLA to call-outs
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
- Prioritizing and managing open cases at one time
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with users/customers and other professionalsTesting and evaluating new technology
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
- To perform any other relevant duties and responsibilities as directed by the immediate superior or designated person

Job Requirement
- **At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.**:

- **Have at least two (2) years of working experience in the related field**:

- Have experience in handling Windows Bluescreen
- Able to troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose hardware/software faults.
- Able to communicate in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
