Front Office Supervisor

**Overview**:
Front Office Supervisor is responsible for the operation of the Front Office Department in providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistently in order to maximize guest satisfaction. He / She handles the daily operation of the Reception which includes guest check-in and check-out, Cashiering and Concierge duty. He / She directly supervises, lead and ensure all Front Office Assistant follow and complete all tasks assigned with adherence to the Resort standard.
**Responsibilities**:
- To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following the Resort standard.
- To perform all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work based on the duty roster and to the standard set. Please note that the standards are reviewed and change on a regular basis reflecting change in trends, guest expectation and operating philosophies.
- To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the Resort
- To perform opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned.
- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Front Office related services and products and the ability to recommend alternatives.
- To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
- To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problem to Head of Department or Management if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with the guests.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- To attend and contribute to all departmental meetings, trainings and other related activities by the Management.
- To ensure and contribute to the Department’s Operational Budget is in line and costs are being minimized.
- To monitor and ensure all operating supplies and equipment are properly used.
- To undertake any tasks and duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager or Management.
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Certificates / SPM / Diploma or Degree
- Positive attitude with pleasant personality
- Good people skills
