- Source & participate in lease negotiations, identifying prospective &
- secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets.
- Assist to conduct market research in keeping up with market trends
& competitor retails development.
- Plan and execute the leasing activities for retails.
- Supporting the Head of Leasing in formulate and implementing
- Attending to tenants leasing queries, requests, comments, and
- Ensure timely deposit, rental collection and renewal of tenancy
- Attend tenancy-related matters including negotiation, issuing legal
- Liaise closely with inter departments on matters pertaining to Fit out, Facilities Maintenance & Operations
- Analyze tenants sales & overall performance.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in any field.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in Leasing, Tenancy, Retail
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
