**Customer Service**:
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the boutique.
- Assist customers in selecting clothing items, accessories, and other products.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customers' preferences, body types, and style.
- Answer customers' inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and availability.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
**Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Actively engage customers to drive sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and special offers to promote sales effectively.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain knowledge of inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves and displays as needed.
**Visual Merchandising**:
- Ensure that the boutique is visually appealing and well-organized at all times.
- Assist in creating attractive product displays and window arrangements to showcase merchandise.
- Monitor the cleanliness and tidiness of the boutique, including fitting rooms and common areas.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, styles, and brands carried by the boutique.
- Familiarize yourself with the features, materials, and care instructions of products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars provided by the boutique to enhance your expertise.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with fellow sales associates and boutique staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding customer feedback, sales performance, and operational matters.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a boutique environment.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
