Retail Admin Coordinator

**Responsibilities**
- Provides ongoing administrative support for retail operations.
- Ensures that adequate and timely communication is maintained between the retail leadership team and any customer complaints or needs.
- Travels withing the company’s outlets as needed, to run errands or provide general support for retail leadership.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
- Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Requires ability to work independently while fostering a strong team atmosphere.
- Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Working Location**
- JB, Malaysia
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
