Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement strategies to enhance the academic standards and curriculum delivery within the school.
- Provide instructional leadership by supporting and guiding teachers in pedagogical best practices, curriculum development, and assessment methods.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students. Implement policies and procedures related to student conduct, discipline, and well-being.
- Work closely with teachers, counselors, and support staff to address student needs and concerns.
- Support the professional growth and development of teaching and non-teaching staff through mentoring, coaching, and professional learning opportunities.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement among faculty and staff.
- Assist the Principal in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, and facilities management.
- Help to streamline processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, guardians, and the wider community to foster a positive school culture and enhance student outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders through newsletters, meetings, and other channels to keep them informed and involved in the school's activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and educational policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services to maintain high-quality standards and meet the needs of students and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's strategic plan and vision.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and lead initiatives to achieve long-term goals and objectives.
- To work with collaboration with the Business Development team and to support all marketing initiatives.
- To ensure all classes including ECA and CCA are conducted as per plan.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- With experience in an international school setting.
- Proven leadership experience in an educational leadership role, such as head of department or assistant principal.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Malaysian educational policies, curriculum frameworks, and assessment practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and foster a positive school culture.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
