**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in financial reporting tasks, including compiling financial data, preparing reports, and analyzing financial statements.

2. Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering relevant information, conducting analysis, and providing recommendations.

3. Assist in conducting financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.

4. Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing vendor relationships.

5. Support the finance team in day-to-day operations, including data entry, filing, and administrative tasks.

6. Maintain the billing system.

7. Generate invoices and account statements.

8. Perform account reconciliations.

9. Maintain accounts receivable files and records.

10. Produce monthly financial and management reports.

11. Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries.

12. Assist in general financial management and analysis.

**Qualifications**:
1. Currently enrolled in a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and perform quantitative analysis.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

5. Ability to prioritize and manage expectations.

6. A keen eye for detail.

7. Ability to work independently.

8. The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company.

Age Range: 20-35 Years

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
