DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepares medical report for insurance claim, SOCSO, EP and immunization book etc.

2. Provides operational support as needed.

3. Prepare monthly report for quality and safety activity purposes.

4. Reports data on medical report completeness on monthly basis.

5. Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, correspondence and processing paperwork.

6. Assist in handling access request for personal data updates.

7. Receive and assist patients as needed

8. Type medical documents (e.g. physician dictations and patient charts)

9. Manage office communications (e.g. phone, correspondence)

11. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

13. Maintaining medical and insurance records
