Technician /maintenance

Technician to be responsible in all Common Areas works:

- Monitor and supervise contractors on any maintenance /service work
- Daily routine inspection on building facilities equipment and taking meter reading for common area
- Handling basic miscellaneous facilities repair, installation, and maintenance
- Attend to complaints from owners/tenants
- Plan and coordinate a preventative maintenance schedule with the Superior and appropriate sub-contractors and vendors
- Monitor maintenance of all electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment throughout the property, or contract outside maintenance vendor and maintain records of areas serviced
- Perform minor repairs works when necessary
- Any other job functions that may be assigned by the Property Manager/Management
- Ability to implement preventative and routine maintenance programs with a good understanding of electrical, carpentry and plumbing systems
- Available to be on call after working hours, weekends and public holidays
- Willing to be based at Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur
