Hostel Warden

Manage the day-to-day operations of the foreign worker hostel in accordance with current Malaysian regulations. - Ensure the welfare and safety of the foreign workers residing in the hostel. - Maintain a clean, hygienic, and orderly living environment within the hostel premises. - Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure compliance with hostel regulation. - Handle and resolve complaints, conflicts, and issues that arise among residents in a professional and timely manner. - Conduct regular inventory checks of hostel equipment, furniture and supplies, and report any damages or deficiencies. - Keep accurate records of residents' details, visitors’ attendance and any incidents or emergencies that occur within the hostel. - Provide assistance and guidance to foreign workers in accessing necessary services, such as healthcare, transportation, and banking. - Conduct periodic training and orientation sessions for new residents regarding hostel rules, regulations, and safety procedures Possess SPM / Diploma & above. Prefer with experienced in related field. Familiar with Akta446 Required skill: MS Office, ability of multi-tasking & prioritization skills. Able to work independently and able to work within a team. Good interpersonally skills. Be able to work overtime on weekend and/or public holiday Working Location: JALAN BANDAR SENAWANG 18, BANDAR SATELIT SENAWANG FASA 2, 70450 SENAWANG, NEGERI SEMBILAN.
TO CARRY ON THE BUSINESS AS THE PROVIDER OF WORKERS' HOSTELS, DORMITORIES IN TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT STRUCTURE AND ALSO ALL TYPES OF BUSINESS IN RELATION TO WORKERS' MANAGEMENT WHICH INCLUDE ACCOMMODATION, TRANSPORTATION, PAYROLL, WELFARE AND CONSULTANCY.
