The ‘Delivery Form’ must be signed after counting by the respective branch (Managers, Supervisors or Leaders only. - 所有送到分行的货物都需要有“出货单”附带。出货单必须由分行经理，分行主任或部门组长签收(点货)而已. - Return Goods and rejected goods from the branches, must hand back and inform the relevant departments/personnel properly together with ‘TRANSFER FORM’ which white copy keep by driver and yellow coy pass to branch. - 从分行退回的货物，一定要向有关部门负者人清楚交待。 - Daily “Delivery Form”, car keys, “Touch N Go “card and petrol card must be returned to the company before shift end. - 出货单，车钥匙，”Touch N Go”卡和油卡，一定要在下班前交回给公司。 - Routine cleaning must be carried out daily. - 每天都要清洗所驾驶的罗里或货车。 - Assist in loading and unloading of goods - 必须协助上下货。 - Be co-operative when performing all tasks assigned by the Management - 配合上司所安排的工作流程。 - Driver must bear the cost of fine tickets / repairs of vehicle (due to accidents) if they are caused by his own negligence. - 因司机疏忽所导致的交通罚单/意外，需要自己负责。 - Upheld company’s image during delivery trips and all times when using company’s vehicles - 时刻紧记当你驾驶着公司的货车或罗里时，你是代表着公司，所以应以公司的形像为大前提。 - Personal usage of company’s vehicles are strictly prohibited. - 公司的货车和罗里，一概不得作私人用途。
