**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily, routine inspection and carry out troubleshooting on facility's MEP equipment/system, particularly that users electricity and power distribution lines.
- Perform the MEP PM and CM activities including electrical improvement maintenance to upkeep the MEP components in good working order.
- Reduce and minimize interruptions of power of supply due to internal failures.
- Conduct monitoring
- Attend to all switch rooms and MEP equipment/system power failures/short circuits/trips and rectify accordingly.
- Ensure new MEP equipment/system installations and maintenance are safe and in accordance to authorities requirements.
- Ensure all calibrations on electrical switchboards/switchgears and all others
