To oversee the daily operations of the building in accordance with policies & procedures.
- To ensure operational efficiency of the building.
- To conduct regular site inspections of the building including infrastructure, amenities etc. with a view of safety of proprietors and/or its residents.
- To attend occupant's/ resident's complain.
- To supervise service providers/contractors to ensure adherence to work scope.
- To obtain and supervise residents to rectify technical issues.
- Able to work well with others.
- To report daily activities to your supervisor / manager.
- To carry out job order and replacement part when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Certificate/ Higher Diploma or Diploma an equivalent combination of education in electrical & electronics or mechanical or mechatronics engineering, or equivalent background.
- 2-3 Years of experience in related field. Experience in property management is an added advantage.
- Ability to safely use common power and hand tools.
- Strong communication skills with property management and tenants.
- Able to speak and write - English, Bahasa Malaysia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
