Cheras, Malaysia Sunway Multicare Pharmacy Full time

The intern will play a critical role to assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail pharmacy outlets. This internship provides a comprehensive introduction to the operational aspects of a retail pharmacy, offering hands-on experience in supporting daily activities, ensuring efficient workflow, optimize resources, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the operation team in managing daily activities, including inventory control, and administrative tasks.
- Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels, including checking stock and receiving deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies to the Operations Lead.
- Perform documentation process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Perform outlet visit with Operation team and assist events flow (mall events, warehouse sales, outlet sales, etc), and support cashier when it is necessary.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Flexibility to travel and work during public holidays and weekends as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
