**Your Role**:

- Strategic Planning: Assist in formulating and executing the company's long-term and short-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals.

Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring coordination among departments to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial processes, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting to ensure the financial health and sustainable development of the company.
- Human Resources Management: Handle recruitment, training, and personnel management to maintain the company's human capital and ensure an adequate pool of qualified talent to support business needs.
- Marketing: Participate in market research, assist in developing marketing strategies, and drive the sales and promotion of products and services.
- Project Management: Manage and supervise various projects, ensuring timely delivery, staying within budget, and achieving the expected business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage potential business risks, taking measures to mitigate the impact of risks on the company.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure that the company's business activities comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements, managing legal affairs and contracts.
- Information Technology Management: Ensure the normal operation of the company's information technology systems, supporting business processes and ensuring data security.

In addition, assisting the Vice President is also part of business management, which may include:

- Policy Formulation: Assist the Vice President in formulating and promoting company policies, ensuring that company actions align with corporate goals and values.
- Senior Decision Support: Provide information and advice on business decisions to the Vice President, participating in high-level strategic meetings.
- Company Representation: Represent the company in communication and negotiation with external partners, clients, government agencies, etc.
- Project Leadership: Under the leadership of the Vice President, potentially lead specific strategic projects or initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in fields like Business Management, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or Human Resources.
- Experience: Relevant work experience, especially in strategic planning, operations, finance, marketing, and project management, is advantageous.
- Skills: Proficient in business management skills, including strategic planning, financial analysis, project management, marketing strategy, and human resources.
- Communication: Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of collaborating across different levels and departments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in organizing and managing teams.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Innovation: Awareness of innovation and a creative mindset to contribute new ideas for company development.
- Legal Compliance: Understanding of relevant laws and regulations for ensuring the company's legal compliance.
- Language Proficiency: Good communication skills in both Chinese and English for effective collaboration with domestic and international teams. Fluency in English is essential for an international business setting, complemented by proficiency in Chinese for local communication.
