**We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company's books and finances, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that financial information is up-to-date and accurate, and provide regular reports to the Senior Management.**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparing and managing the company's financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Ensures monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standard.
- Monitoring and managing cash flow, including overseeing accounts payable and receivable
- Overseeing the company's budget and financial planning, and providing regular reports on financial performance
- Developing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, such as banks and credit card companies
- Ensure timely month-end closing activities and submission of financial, management and statutory reports, implementation and compliance.
- Assists in cash management and banking matters including liaise with Auditor on audit matters, including preparation of audit schedules.
- Performing ad-hoc financial analysis as required

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Experience with accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross
- functional teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**

RM4,500 - RM5,000 of Basic Salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)

Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits (Incentive Trip + Yearly Increment & Bonuses + Training & Development)

**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday - Friday; 8.30am-5.30pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:
Wisma Prestige, No. 315, Lorong Kedah, Melawati Square, Pusat Bandar Melawati, 5, 53100 Kuala Lumpur

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
