IT company based in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a **Sales Executive** to join the team.

We are looking for an experienced professional (more than 3 years) preferably with an existing background from within the IT. Demonstrated experience within sales and business development is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations.
- Develop opportunities and relations with end users/customers
- Develop relationships with key partners for the growth of our products within their markets
- Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of outbound calling to generate new demand for the channel and sales organization to pursue
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Work experience in the IT sector (hardware or software)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solution sales, preferably in Inside Sales in a corporate environment (B2B)
- Experience in customer and partner search in the region
- High level of outbound calling to generate new demand for the channel and sales organization to pursue
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Understanding of corporate sales principles and knowledge of Malaysia market and the region as a whole
- English and **Russian** language is required, Malay is suitable
