Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in making menu selections.
- Take and prepare customer orders with attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, including beverages and desserts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns professionally and efficiently resolve issues in a courteous and timely manner.

2. Food and Beverage Preparation:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of food items, such as pastries and desserts.
- Follow established recipes and guidelines for food and beverage preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the food preparation area.

3. Promoting Tour & Merchandise:

- Actively promote and upsell café merchandise and tour package.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of merchandise and tour package.
- Create visually appealing merchandise displays to attract customer attention.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions regarding merchandise purchases.

3. Cash Handling:

- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Handle credit, and electronic transactions with precision.
- Provide customers with receipts and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Making sure the daily sales is tally after closing.

4. General Café & Tour Support:

- Keep the cafe area clean and well-maintained throughout the day.
- Monitor and restock inventory of cafe supplies, including condiments, cups, and utensils.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
- Work as part of a team to ensure overall cafe operational excellence.
- Assist the whole team when have a tour.
- Participate in promotional events and activities to attract new customers.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance barista skills and knowledge.
- Share insights and suggestions for improving cafe operations and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to fulfil customer orders efficiently.
- Support team members during peak hours and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Superior

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
