Job Description:
1) Actively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, social media, referrals).

2) Conduct thorough research and understand the specific needs and budget of each client.

3) Develop compelling sales presentations tailored to each client's unique requirements.

4) Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence.

5) Identify and address client needs and concerns effectively throughout the sales cycle.

6) Provide excellent customer service by ensuring communication is clear, timely, and professional.

7) Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our services and answer client questions.

8) Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

9) Secure client commitment and close deals efficiently, exceeding individual and team sales targets

10) Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for further services.

11) Develop referral relationships to generate new business opportunities.

12) Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales records in the CRM system.

13) Prepare reports and presentations to track sales performance and identify potential areas for improvement.

14) Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and company initiatives.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
