Presales Specialist

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
- Provide suitable technical information and potential solutions in a professional manner as to agreed timeframes
- Develop contents of business, solution and/or technical slides and deliver the presentations internally and externally
- Familiar with drawing technical diagrams e.g. system, security and network diagrams with technical explanations
- Work with Product Division to provide feedback on usage issues and provide input for new products
- Builds productive working relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
- Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer
- Active involvement in selling technical solutions and/or products to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide accurate and timely management information, to include presales/marketing activity reports, bid reviews, potential project forecasts, KPI’s and support
- Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes
- Structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients
- Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of working experience in delivering or maintaining system/technical/security solutions.
- Possess experience in supporting Sales team in the area of prequalifying account/accessing solution requirements/technical presentation on network and storage solutions.
- Must possess good communication skills both oral and written in English including great customer focus
- Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor a message appropriately to audiences of all levels of technical understanding and to effectively interact with senior leadership when needed.
- Creativity and ability to incorporate new ideas while building reliable solutions.
- Basic networking and computer program knowledge

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
