Agronomist Executive

Job Description:

- Overall supervision of maize & fodder crops plantation including workers supervision, field work activities and crop program.
- General farm workers management including evaluation, operational and recruitment.
- Overall planning of forage crop farm management including land clearing works, seeding, planting, harvesting, spraying, tilling & ploughinh and replenting.
- Planning, budget, and monitor fodder crops plantation project such as rain gun sprinkler irrigation, special project planting, earthworks, infrastructure work etc.
- Supervising all farm machineries and tractors maintenance including maintenance & repair works.
- Sourcing and ordering parts tractors & machineries.
- Other related task assigned.

Requirement:

- 1 year of experience in field corn farming or other cash crop farming.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
