This role is responsible to the implementation of ISO 9001 FSSC 22000, HACCP and relevant procedure in the plant operations.
- To assist on scheduling and execution product monitoring program (raw material, finished product and environment).
- To assist on customer satisfaction process e.g. customer questionnaire, customer querry, customer complaint etc.
- Schedule and coordinate on OOS/BR meeting and overview.
- Schedule, coordinate and reporting on GMP round and QA spot chec;k.
- Act or coordinate with relevant department on product traceability test run, raw material and other traceability issue.
- Act as HACCP team members or assisting in food safety analysis/sturdy.
- Conduct and report on validation and verification process for product or internal process e.g. product change over
- Follow up and prepare response to customer questionnaire & document issuance with approval from QA Manager.
- Follow up and verify on action for Corrective Action Request or Preventive Action Request and report to QA manager
- Assisting QA Manager on preparation for food safety management review and QMS Management Review
- Assisting QA Manager on customer audit, external (Certification Body) audit and follow uo on the action plan.
- Act as trainer or assisting QA Manager on in-house training e g. food hygiene, internal audit, GMP etc.
- Co-execution of Education & training for QA procedures.
- Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by QA Manager
