Prepare quote comparison & monitor RFQ through process & documenting all concerns, discrepancies & issues & submit for approval 3. To perform daily Purchase Requisition and Purchase order Processing 4. To follow-up & confirm delivery lead time of PO and expedite delivery of goods 5. Initiate Open Bidding for crating services 6. Dealing with Sub-Contractor for manpower supply 7. Maintain Facility Yearly Service Contract Agreements 8. Maintain price list, approved Vendor master list & Contract Agreements 9. Manage all suppliers in a manner consistant with the highest professional, ethical, moral & legal standards 10. To plan, source & develop new potential vendors at the competitive price, quality & lead time 11. Embark on cost reduction activities & participate in regular cost saving program 12. Perform other ad-hoc assignment as assign by Management from time to time
