Customer Service Store Assitant

INTAKE: IMMEDIATELY
Working Hours: Mon - Sat : 10:00am - 8:00pm (M) / 11:30am - 9:30pm (A)
Sun : 9:30am - 7:30pm
Public Holiday - Closed
- 5 days a week
- 2 days off per week (rotational basis)
- Entitled for OT - OT will be eligible if work beyond above mentioned working time
Responsibilities:
- To assist in the daily operational activities of the retail outlet
- To assume the role of store assistant and technician
- To handle product return and replacement
- Product consultant and explanation
- Product demonstration -After sales service and advice
- Sale & promote products
Other Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication with customers and build good rapport
- Ability to handle difficult situation encountered with products.
- Good customer service attributes & serves the company efficiently.
- Balancing between adhering to company guidelines and customer demands.
Education & Experience: -Minimum SPM with at least 3 years relevant experience or Diploma in any field with at least 3 years relevant experience in shop/retail
- Supervise a customer service team.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Product knowledge. -Have good command of BM & English; knowledge of Mandarin & other Local dialects will be an added advantage
