HR & Admin Executive

Conduct end-to-end recruitment process.
- Facilitate comprehensive onboarding process for new employee.
- Manage confirmation and probationary processes for new employee.
- Handle employee resignation and conduct exit interview.
- Monitor and enhance employee welfare program.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly.
- Administer staff claims, overtime and allowance submission for payroll processing.
- Prepare and distribute annual performance review documents.
- Assist in the management of foreign workers to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities.
- Prepare and distribute related letter and memo.
- Participate as safety committee and address safety matters.
- Manage administrative task related to company vehicle and oversee the executive hostel.
- Monitors the up keeping and maintenance of office premises and office equipment.
- Assist in other task or ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate Superior from time to time.
SKILL & KNOWLEDGE
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in Infotech is advantageous
- Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Knowledge in Employment act and Industrial Relation Act
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
