**About the hiring company**
This is a well established,respected and renowned property development company with subtantial development projects across the country. A vacancy on permanent basis for the position of Accountant has arisen to join their finance team and to manage and provide financial support to the project teams overseeing the completion of portfolio of projects.

**The job role**

Key responsibilities include providing financial support to the property management team across a portfolio of properties to ensure timely accurate reporting, forecasting and analysis which will contribute to commercial decisions.

You will be required to partner with various stakeholders to assist with the understanding of all financial aspects of the portfolio of developments.

Key duties:

- Preparation of consolidation financial and management reports.
- Production of full monthly management accounts.
- Processing of income, expenditure,position control documents and accounts maintenance.
- Preparing monthly billings for the projects.
- Manage and update cash flow for the project.
- You will be involved in review of relevant contracts to ensure they are in line with agreed budgets and commercial term are acceptable.
- Define and maintain the projects' original budget and any approved change orders.
- Manage the finance team.

**The person**

A significant experience, say 3-5 years in a similar construction/project accounting role will be looked upon very favourably.

Excellent communication skills (English, BM and Chinese/Mandarin)

Proficient in property accounting software system (IFCA) will be ideal.
