ThoughtFull partners with key ecosystem players including top insurers, healthcare providers and employers regionally to both normalise and scale access to mental healthcare services.

**Job Description for Marketing Operations Specialist**

**What you will do**:

- End-to-end management (from ideation to execution) of brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across all brand communication platforms.
- Manage social media channels which includes implementation of content calendar, social media posts, oversee creative output and social media moderation.
- Working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all marketing requests are actioned.
- Work closely with Marketing Lead on strategy and execution of digital and on-ground campaigns in line with the brand’s roadmap.
- Support partnerships and events with content amplification initiatives across various medium (eg: videos, podcast, webinars etc)
- Optimise content across Thoughtfull’s various platforms guided by measurable output in conversion funnels, SEO and Google Analytics
- Track, maintain and analyse key metrics report to measure efficacy of marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:
**About You**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in Digital marketing or Content marketing.
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Data-driven with a knack for user insights and data analytics.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of various social media platforms and content formats such as podcasts, videos.
- Experience in running marketing campaigns on Google, FB, IG, LinkedIn and using tools such as Google Analytics, Branch and Canva.
- Experience and well versed with CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Zho etc.
- A creative person with a knack for storytelling.
- Graphic design experience will be an extra advantage.
