Cafe Supervisor

Supervision of the barista and pantry maid so they will maintain the quality of service and product, and enforce all procedures in the absent of the Cafe Manager.

**Supervisor Job Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Cafe and Assistant Manager in planning and executing all sales promotions effectively.
- Maintain an efficient, friendly service standard at all times.
- Complete daily reports as assigned.
- Maintain the acceptable amount of coffee, baked goods and supplies for the bar.
- Motivating and developing staff.

**Qualification**:

- Fresh Graduate with Diploma/Degree.
- Without paper qualification but with minimum of 2 years of work experience in F&B is welcome as well.

**Salary**: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
