Job Title: Marketing Project Network Manager (6-month Contract)

Our team is embarking on an exciting journey as you are the custodian for the innovation project, managing the network timelines for our innovation projects in Marketing - working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, managing several stakeholders to ensure the project network is being completed on time. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth rollout of key initiatives for the nominated categories in Malaysia.

You will not only have the opportunity to work with the biggest portfolio in a global Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, but you will also showcase your Brand and Project Management experience and gain further essential knowledge and skills.

**What can you expect from the role?**
- End to End Product Innovation/Renovation Process management, from project kickoff to go-to-market deployment.
- Define and clarify the project scope
- Develop the project plan and network timeline
- Identify roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder
- Follow up with all stakeholders on task delivery and track project progress toward meeting its timeline
- Determine and take corrective actions to correct deviations
- Accountable for On-Time-in-Full delivery of Project milestones.
- Responsible for delivering project deadlines and holding stakeholders accountable for delivery.
- Work closely with multiple key stakeholders such as Manufacturing Team (from regional and local site), Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, R&D, and Artwork Manager.
- Chairs Project network meetings, from kickoff to market deployment.
- Projects will involve New Product Development, Product Renovations and other Product Change projects.
- Clear understanding of manufacturing and Go-To-Market processes.

- You demonstrated proven team leadership and cross-functional stakeholder communication skills.
- You are familiar with the business nature covering Marketing, Financial, Sales, And Supply Chain impact and setup with high cross-functional exposure in the FMCG environment.
- You possess cross-product category experience in the allocated category.
- You have the Supply Chain experience, Demand or Supply Planning or related roles is a plus.
