**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as an Atelier Seamstress located in Sunway Geo, Subang Jaya. As an Atelier Seamstress at ARA Experience, you will be responsible for creating and altering wedding dresses to meet the specifications and measurements of our customers.

You will work closely with our design team and use your expertise in sewing and garment construction to ensure the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and understanding of different fabrics and patterns will contribute to delivering a memorable and satisfying experience for our brides.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in sewing, dressmaking, and garment alterations
- Strong knowledge of different fabrics, patterns, and sewing techniques
- Ability to interpret and follow design specifications and measurements
- Attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with wedding dresses or formalwear is preferred
- Formal training or certification in sewing or fashion design is a plus
