IT Technician

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of working experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- Working knowledge of Windows server administration
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure, mesh networking and remote access services
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, Firewall, antivirus & Excel
- Basic knowledge of high availability, data backup and disaster recovery architecture
- Applicant must be willing to travel

**Job purpose**:

- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
- Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation and IT asset
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
- Liaise with third party vendor to unsure all system organization in the good condition
- Setting up new user accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Managing permission to shared folder/files
- Implementation of software and hardware upgrade
- Perform planned maintenance, updates and backups on all IT assets
- Participate in internal IT projects, upgrades, and implementations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
