Clinical Instructor

REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Nursing, APC and 5 years of working experience in hospital setting Added advantage for Registered Nurse with Post Basic Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Passionate for clinical education and knowledge sharing Preferably Senior Nurse specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support or equivalent Willing to be work in Klang, Selangor RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate and communicates with HOD on issues related to clinical areas and plan on strategies for improvement Convey a professional image in both attitude and appearance to Nurses Provide guidance and accountable for the direct supervision of Nurses at clinical areas and classroom setting Motivate and promote on going development of nursing care and nursing service to Nurses Guide and supervise Junior / Practicing Nurses Assist DON in action plans and new curriculum plan for training Assist in developing standard and objective of Nursing Department Evaluate learning and perform clinical assessment of Nurses Develop, implement and evaluate extended skills program for Nurses Plan, conduct training for BLS and Code Blue Drill Provides orientation and training, competency development and assessment for Nurses
