Accounts Manager

Miri, Malaysia HS Laundry Sdn Bhd Full time

Oversee and manage full set of accounting, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts
- Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL) & Financial Year End Closing (FYE).
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, analysis and reporting of the monthly accounts.
- Ensure the daily operations of the accounts department run effectively.
- Cash Flow Management
- Ensure the effectiveness of the accounting system and controls according to the organization's SOP.
- Responsible for accounting, taxation, liaison on audit matters, budgeting & annual management plan and other reporting functions.
- Manage and be responsible to improve daily operations effectively for Accounts Department.
- Ensure compliance with the company's policies.
- Liaise with external and internal auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers and government & statutory bodies.
- Ensure timely completion accounts reconciliation
- Monitor intercompany transactions and balances monthly.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Well versed on taxation & able to provide tax related advice in line with current legislation positive attitude and good in communication
- Possess good mentoring skill, able to lead and develop work knowledge to subordinates / co-workers.
- Knowledgeable in Accounting Software Systems (Auto Count & SQL)
- Manage and complete any other related task assigned from time to time.
- Well versed of yearly budget

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- managing full set accounts: 4 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Miri (required)
