Mortgage Consultant

**Job brief**

We are looking for a professional Mortgage Consultant to be an intermediary between bankers and buyers. Mortgage Consultant responsibilities include educating clients on loan processing and all buy and sell process. **Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance and assist buyers in completing loan process of purchasing property
- Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
- Promote sales through advertisements
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

**Requirements and skills**
- Interest in Mortgage industry
- Prefer Ex Banker and Property Consultant
- Prior sales experience is added advantage.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity
- Social Media Advertisement skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
