Technician - Ipqa

**Responsibilities**

Compliance
- To monitor GMP at various stages of manufacturing and packing operations.
- In-process inspection and line clearance of every stage of manufacturing and packing operations.
- Sampling of intermediate and finished products during manufacturing and packing of finished products.
- On-line review of Batch Manufacturing and Packaging Record.
- Analysis of in-process quality assurance samples.
- To check proper labeling of product container and status labeling of equipment and area.

Released of Finished Product Batches
- Review of Batch records & document archiving.
- Ensure sampling at every stage before batch release.
- Any additional responsibilities as per the work requirement of the department time to time.

Qualification / Validation
- To involve in the progress of qualification and validation activity.
- Samplings of intermediate and finished products during process validation and cleaning validation following the approved protocol / plan.

Others
- To follow all safety rules and procedures inside the factory premises.
- Report all unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to departmental ESH coordinator at the first available opportunity.
- To perform any other relevant duties as and when required by immediate superior and management.

**Requirements and skills**
- Diploma in any field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance
- Preferred Male

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
