**Operational**
- Work closely with other associates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
- Work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments.
- Carry out and completes all maintenance works/requests according to the established schedule and ensures high quality of finishing work. Pays particular attention to guest related jobs.
- Avoid unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes.
- Properly handles and maintains all power tools.
- Submit request to the Engineering Team Leaders, Assistant Engineers or Engineering Manager for the purchases of parts and consumables.
- Ensure cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties.
- Ensure effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations.
- Ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Report any abnormal conditions noticed at any time in line with safety related equipment or installation to the Engineering Team Leaders, Assistant Engineers or Engineering Manager.
- Assist other tradespersons or technicians when requested by Superiors.
- Ensure that the work assigned is carried out as accurately, skillfully and economically.
- Review the log sheet.
- Proper maintenance and operation of equipment/systems as delegated by the Engineering Team Leaders

**Requirements**:

- Able to work on shift
- Able to work on night shift
- Able to work on weekend and public holiday.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
