**Responsibilities**:
- To work closely with Front Office and Security team on guest arrival and departure
- To plan, control traffic at drop-off areas
- To assist in load and unload baggage, manage baggage tagging and storage
- To take care/look after baggage and ensure smooth collection of baggage by guest
- To assist in daily breakfast arrangement, distribution to guestroom on time and assist to deliver guest items
- To greet guest in a polite, clear and professional manner
- To direct and control traffic at the front entrances
- To arrange transportation for guest as and when required
- To record details of requests, inquiries, or complaints
- To report any malfunction of equipment at the front entrance to Front Office Assistant/Supervisor on duty
- To perform any other duties assigned by Front Office team as and when required
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
- Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Friendly, approachable, and has a passion in hospitality industry
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
