1. Analyze user requirements and translate to technical specifications.
2.Develop, test, debug and document programs based on technical specifications.
3.Participate in relevant areas of Systems Development Life Cycle and project management cycle.
4.Ensure relevant documentation are in place.
6.Responsible for the management of projects, typically involving the development and implementation if IT solutions to satisfy business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
7.Have at least 5 years working experience in Development - Programming, Implementation of system
8.Strong programming Language such as Power Builder,.NET, VB.net, Visual Basic 6, HTML, Reporting and etc.
9. Strong DB skill in Microsoft SQL server and Oracle

**Preference experience**:
1.Implementation on Integration e.g. EDI/API project
2.Implementation on API

**Skill set**:
1.Database and Programming background preferred
