We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional products and services to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Business Administration Intern, you will gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in various aspects of business operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing stock levels, including stock-in and stock-out processes, and ensure accurate data entry in our inventory system.
- **Sales Coordination**: Liaise with the sales team to process and manage invoices, delivery orders, and sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the business administration team, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- **Customer Service**: Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and deliveries.
- **Reporting**: Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- **Other Duties**: Perform other related tasks and projects as assigned to support the overall goals of the department.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
