**Responsibilities**
- Daily update product catalogues to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Handle direct purchase activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for direct purchase requirement, negotiating terms and conditions
- Monitor and follow up on submissions for direct purchases and tenders, ensuring timely responses and processing
- Keep track of all pending jobs, providing regular updates on their status to relevant stakeholders
- Compile and maintain a detailed list of all submitted jobs, ensuring proper documentation and tracking
- Attend tender meetings and briefings as required, representing the procurement department and gathering necessary information
- Perform other related responsibilities and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
- Exhibit a willingness to stay back and work beyond regular hours when necessary to meet deadlines and complete urgent task
**Requirement and skills**
- Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure database system administration is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and good working attitude.
- Committed, mature, and able to work independently.
- Able to and willing to work under pressure.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
