Operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) equipment and perform measurement, FA inspection, First Piece inspection, in
- process inspection and outgoing inspection - Read and interprets blueprints & specification to create new CMM program. - Prepare inspection report / check sheet after part buy off. - Conduct quality inspection in accordance with documented requirement. - Report detected nonconformity and retain affected product for disposition. - Communicate any product or process nonconformity to Quality Manager. - Liaise with production and supplier to investigate when non
- conformity detected. - Liaise with supplier when any abnormality found or discrepancy related to measuring equipment. -Conduct eqiupment / CMM training to QA personnel when required/ applicable. - Comply with requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA QSr Part 820, and 3D Instrumentation QMS. - Any other duties assigned by the Manager or Management.
