**Role & Responsibilities**:
As a Nando's App Ambassador, you'll be at the forefront of driving app engagement and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively encouraging customers to download and sign up for our app, boosting new member registrations and expanding our user base.
- Engaging existing members, reminding them to log in and place orders through the app to increase member transactions and retention rates.
- Providing friendly assistance and support to customers experiencing difficulties with app registration or login processes.
- Seamlessly integrating app promotion and Rewards program advocacy into customer interactions, both during queuing and while customers are seated at their tables.
**Requirements**:
- **English and Malay Fluency**: Fluent in both English and Malay, enabling effective communication with our diverse customer base.
- **High Energy**: Enthusiastic and full of energy, with a natural ability to engage and excite customers about our app and its benefits.
- **Good Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate persuasively and effectively with customers.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with technology, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues and provide guidance to customers navigating our app.
- **Customer-Centric Attitude**: Committed to providing outstanding customer service and enhancing the overall dining experience through app promotion and support.
**Working hours & schedule**:
- 5 working days + 2 off day per week (all weekend shifts must be fulfilled)
- 2 shifts: Lunch (11am - 2pm) & Dinner (5pm - 8pm). Minimum 1 shift to be fulfilled per day
- Work duration for 1 month only
**Pay rate**:
- RM13/hr
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
