- All of our products come from Japan which, made with carefully selected ingredients.
- We will open the Gurney Plaza outlet in September. We are looking for a store manager for the new shop. You can get not only Japanese product knowledge but also Japanese service and management skills.

- Responsible for providing outstanding customer service that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
- Checks to ensure that all display cakes are attractive as per quality standards.
- Prepare, package, weigh, and price bakery products for sale
- Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper rotation of product
- Follow department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product
- Keeps display equipment, floors, and counters clean and free of debris.
- Cleans equipment thoroughly and promptly as necessary or assigned.
- Cleans work station thoroughly before leaving area for other assignment or going home.
- Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
- Maintain and monitor the use of temperature, production, spoilage, and department transfer logs
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
- Manage coffee operation with espresso machine and hand drip.
