Manager It

**Job Overview**:
The Manager of Information Technology (IT) is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and operations. This includes leading a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems, and providing technical support to users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- **Infrastructure Management**: Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
- **Security and Compliance**: Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data through the implementation of security measures, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing IT issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- **Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts, evaluating service levels, and ensuring value for money.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the IT budget, including forecasting, cost control, and expenditure tracking.
- **Project Management**: Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the IT function. Stay current with developments in technology and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management roles, with a track record of successful leadership and project delivery.
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of IT disciplines, including networks, systems, and security.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
