职位描述:
我们正寻找一位备有创造力,技术娴熟&热情的短视频拍摄&剪辑专家加入我们的团队。作为短视频内容创作人员的你,将负责制作令人印象深刻的短视频, 包括但不限于在脸书, 抖音,小红书,Youtube, IG 等平台发布内容。

职责和要求:
1. 负责短视频的相关安排如策划,拍摄,剪辑并发布高质量的短视频内容,以吸引并扩大我们的社交媒体受众群体。

2. 精通视频拍摄和后期的剪辑技术,能熟练的使用相关软体, 如剪映

3. 具备出色的创意思维&敏锐的审美眼光,能够将想法转化为引人入胜的视频内容。

4. 优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神,能够与其他团队成员密切合作,确保视频内容与形象保持一致。

资格要求:
1. 至少1年的相关工作经验,有成功的社交媒体账号营运或短视频内容创作经验者优先。

2. 具备良好的视频拍摄和后期剪辑技能,能够展示出自己的作品集

3. 有创新意识和学习能力，能够不断追求技术和创作上的突破
