IT Executive

**About the Company**

A Japanese manufacturer of commercial vehicles, primarily known for producing trucks and buses.

**Responsibilities**:
**A. IT APPLICATION**

**B. INFRASTRUCTURE**
- To manage and support Computers/Operating System/Printers/LCD Projector/Laptop/Polycom and etc.
- To manage and support Network Infrastructure such as Internet/Firewall/Switch/Router/Wifi/Wireless/Fiber Optic/VPN, and etc.
- To develop and documentation standards for hardware/software/network/server related matters.

**C. GENERAL**
- To provide first level support for IT operations including IT systems and equipment's in the company.
- To deliver quality response service on a daily basis and ensuring that any issues are logged prioritized and resolved within agreed timeframe.

**D. SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL (SHE)**
- To ensure a clean, healthy and safe standard of working areas and facilities.
- To report unsafe conditions to superiors.
- To support and be involved in the setting up and maintenance of SHE management system.

**E. OTHERS**
- To cooperate with team to maintain filing & storage of documents well arranged.
- To perform any duty or task assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Preferably Diploma / Degree in Business IT, Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Preferably at least 3 years working experience in related field, or in manufacturing
- Able to perform under pressure.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.

Business Nature: Manufacturing

Working Hours: M - F, (800am - 545pm)

Location: Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan
