**Primary Objective**:

- Oversee Group-wide property related project management, renovation & workspace planning functions with key objectives of providing optimal solutions and efficient support.
- Improve process flow, turnaround time and lowering cost in providing conducive business premise and modern workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional advice and support to RHB Group in relation to property projects, renovation and workspace planning.
- Manage a high output, cost effective and efficient renovation team of multiple disciplines with high level of integrity and business ethics.
- Supervise all renovation projects undertaken by renovation team and ensure timely completion, within approved budget and expected quality.
- Provide direction and advice to subordinates, share information and facilitate problem solving.
- To provide project management and space planning for headquarters renovation to ensure the project meet user requirement within estimated cost and timeline.
- Lead and conduct aggregate tender for renovation as well as working furniture.
- Preparing approval paper for Group Tender Committee and renovation approval paper.
- Supervise the expenditure of overall renovation budget to avoid cost overrun.
- Coordinate with Group Procurement on the tender process and appointment of contractor.
- Periodically review the policies and guideline for overall renovation process to improve works efficiency.
- Lead and manage overall operations of the project management & space planning square and ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Strategize with Head of GPAFM on the space planning of all RHB HQ. Assist Head of GPAFM on implementation of special projects, renovation budget/cost reengineering, and formulating of SOP.

Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Bachelor Degree - Bachelor's degree in related field or industry.

Minimum 10 years of experience in managing construction, renovation, property/engineering related project and/or property management related fields
- High performance with strong leadership.
- Good interpersonal / communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and be able to understand and executive strategic objectives.

Methodical with good analytical, administrative, planning and strong project management skills.
