We are looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our expanding business. You will manage the financial health of the company as well as provide financial insights and recommendation to the upper management.
- Provide financial reports, interpret financial information, and recommend courses of action to management.
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual performance compared to business plans.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework to meet them.
- Supervise day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reimbursements, and month-end closing.
- Work closely with tax agents and external auditors for taxation and audit matters.
- Issue invoices to clients and complete vendor registration if requested.
- Administer payroll, review and ensure accurate payment, and account for employment taxes and retirement accounts.
- Manage cash flow.
- Prepare accounts and tax returns for year-end external audit with proper documentation.
- Ensure financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.

**Job’s requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
- Possess a Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Professional qualifications
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Finance/Accounting, specialized in General Finance, Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, self-driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
